Library and Information Center

　　The Tomakomai National College of Technology Library and Information Center organically combines the functions of the library, information processing facility, on-campus language laboratories (language labs) as well as audiovisual classrooms in the auditorium, teaching materials preparation room and various other facilities and devices, and was established with the aim of improving educational results at the College.

Community Cooperative Research Center

　　The Community Cooperative Research Center was established with the aim of providing an environment for research activities and lifelong study through exchange and cooperation with the local community, starting with local businesses, while using the results in support of engineering education.

Technology and Education Support Center

　　On February 1, 2009, the Technology and Education Support Center was established as a comprehensive academic organization for providing support to education research activities from a technological aspect. Aiming for to carry out smooth administration of technological and education support operations and improvement in the capacity and qualifications of technology section staff, the Center uses a system where there are three groups, the Shared Facility Support Group, General Planning Group and Education and Research Support Group, with the Center’s director at the top and technology section heads and other personnel below.

Welfare Facilities

The Hosho Hall was founded for the welfare of students and staff members as well as students’ extracurricular activities. On the first floor are the infirmary, student counseling room, cafeteria and stores, while the second floor holds a Japanese-style room, common room and shared club room. The Hall is used as a place of respite for students and staff.

Sporting Facilities

　　The college boasts sporting and other facilities situated around the school buildings and comprises wide and spacious area that could only be possible on the island of Hokkaido.
